**ALL STUDENTS and parents who have been involved with any of our SCHS theatre productions are invited to come and take part of the year end celebration !!
Stoney Creek Theatre club offers leadership opportunities and helps to support our three productions at Stoney Creek High School. In addition to the Friday meetings, the club participates, sponsors and/or hosts four main events throughout the school year:
Halloween Hoot, The Mid-Michigan Theatre and Arts Festival, Movie and Popcorn Night in the auditorium and our year end theatre celebration, "The Stoney Awards".

THEATRE CLUB OFFICERS AND DUTIES (must be a paid member)
PRESIDENT (Junior & Senior's)
Run all club meetings, promote/generate ideas for club activities, inform members of local theatre events. Coordinate club activities such as Halloween Hoot, Movie and popcorn night, "The Stoney's" year-end celebration/performances. In charge of the theatre club e-board. Must be present at ALL club meetings, organized theatre club activities and events.
VICE PRESIDENT (Junior & Senior's)
Assist the President to organize and promote all club meetings, activities and events. Coordinate with the President the bi-weekly e-board meetings with support of the Club Advisor. Run meetings in the President’s absence. Help coordinate events and activities with other club officers.
SECRETARY
Take notes during board meetings and at regular club meetings. Monitors paid memberships. Collects, tally’s and records points of all members for their participation in club meetings,(sign-in sheet), attending other shows, and participation in Stoney Creek Theatre productions
PUBLICITY
Head a committee to promote, advertise and publicize all Stoney Creek Theatre Company’s productions. Runs theatre club social media pages, (twitter account, etc). Thinks of intuitive and clever ways to promote ALL Stoney productions such as creating a pre-view recording of Stoney productions for school announcements.
HISTORIAN
Takes photos during rehearsals, of cast members, tech, behind the scenes, at weekend set builds, etc. Photos can only be shared on social media, etc. with permission from Director
All photos must be approved by the Director before sharing
*ALL officers will support, attend, and help with club activities and events.
